Fanbostore.co.uk works on a request-a-quote basis rather than an instant checkout. This page explains how that works.
1. Requesting a quote
Click Add to Quote or Request a Quote on any product and complete the short form with your name, email and details of what you need. You can also email or call us. Requesting a quote is free and puts you under no obligation.
2. Your quotation
We will reply by email with a written quotation showing the products, quantities, price, any delivery charge and expected lead time. Prices on the website are a guide; the quotation is the confirmed price.
3. How long a quote is valid
Unless the quotation states otherwise, a quote is valid for 14 days. After that, prices and availability may need to be re-confirmed.
4. Placing an order
To go ahead, reply accepting the quotation. Your order is confirmed once we acknowledge it in writing and, where required, payment has been received.
5. Trade and bulk orders
We welcome trade and project enquiries. For larger orders we may agree specific lead times, delivery arrangements and payment terms, which will be set out in your quotation.
6. Availability
If an item becomes unavailable after you receive a quote, we will contact you to offer an alternative or an updated quotation. If you do not wish to proceed, any payment made for that item will be refunded in full.
