We want you to be happy with your order. This policy sets out your options for returns, cancellations and refunds. It does not affect your statutory rights.
1. Changing your mind (consumers)
If you are buying as a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Tell us by email within that period, then return the goods within a further 14 days.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.
- We may reduce the refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is needed to check them.
2. Items that cannot be returned
- Products made, cut or ordered specially to your specification.
- Items that have been installed, plumbed in or used.
- Sealed sanitary items that have been unsealed after delivery, for hygiene reasons.
3. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, contact us with your order details and photos. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we will cover reasonable return costs. Manufacturer warranties, where provided, are in addition to these rights.
4. How to start a return
Email us with your name, order details, the item and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund you within 14 days using the original payment method. For cancellations, the refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid, but not any extra cost of a premium delivery option you chose.
6. Trade orders
Returns on trade and bulk orders are handled under the terms agreed in your quotation.
