We take care to describe and picture products accurately. Finishes, colours and packaging may differ slightly from images, and specifications may be updated by the manufacturer. Please check dimensions and compatibility before ordering; ask us if you are unsure.
3. Prices
Prices shown on the website are a guide. Your final price, including any delivery charge, is confirmed in your written quotation.
4. Quotes and orders

5. Payment
No payment is taken on this website. Payment terms and methods are set out in your quotation, and goods are dispatched once payment has been received unless agreed otherwise.
6. Delivery, returns and refunds

7. Installation
Many products need to be fitted by a competent or qualified installer and in line with UK building and water regulations. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect installation or by use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
